3. Availability, Pricing & Specifications

Equipment availability, pricing, specifications, mileage, hours, condition and delivery options may change. Many machines, vehicles and accessories are sourced through trade contacts and may not be held in stock by Pro Plant.

4. Purchases, Payments & Invoicing

SMT Auto Tech Ltd may act as an agent on behalf of Pro Plant and may administer payments, invoicing and purchase processing. Full purchase details will be confirmed before any transaction is completed.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that any machine, vehicle, trailer, attachment or accessory is suitable for their intended use before purchase. This includes checking transport arrangements, operational requirements, insurance, compliance and any legal or regulatory obligations.

6. Viewing, Collection & Delivery

Viewings, collections and deliveries are by prior arrangement only. Where transport or delivery is arranged, timings and costs will be confirmed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pro Plant will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from enquiries, sourcing activity, equipment availability or the use of any machinery, vehicle, trailer, attachment or accessory supplied.
